It's really a marvelous trip!!! I had an unforgettable trip to Yunnan this time. It was my first time visiting Yunnan, and fortunately, I found a very reliable travel agency and met hospitable travel agents. During the communication, everything went smoothly. They respected my opinions and suggestions. When I saw the beautiful Stone Forest, I couldn't help but marvel at the amazing work of nature. The tour guide vividly explained these scenic spots to us, and then took us to the hotel by bus. The hotel we stayed in was very characteristic of the local area, and we also tasted the local cuisine, which was very delicious. I love Yunnan!!!

We e-mailed a few tour companies, but only Charlie and Coco of Yunnan Exploration gave a prompt and welcoming reply. Coco was very responsive, answering our queries promptly and helping us plan and revise a comprehensive itinerary that covered what we wanted to see. She also helped us facilitate some requests, such as hiring a photographer. Costs were clearly listed and our guides, Tenzin, Andy, and Vincent were amazingly professional and friendly, making our flexible 2-week trip around Western Sichuan and Yunnan one to remember. Highly recommended!

Me, my partner and friends in the group who used the Toyota Coaster service while in Yunan and Guangdong province through your company feel very satisfied with all the services. The initial service during consultation and discussion with Jane Chen before the agreement was signed and the payment was very good. We had a holistic tea experience in Xishuangbanna, from tea making process to tea tasting. We even designed our own tea cakes! It was amazing to see the natural rocks formation in Stone Forest, Kunming!! We visited 4 ancient cities in Dali, Lijiang and Shangri-La and they all have their own distinctive flavours. We love our hotel in Lijiang as it is modern but full of oriental elegance. We also rode horses at Napa Valley with mountains and waters as our backdrop. Balagezong at Shangri-La was really unique for us. Overall, Rebecca has been very responsive to our queries and caters to our requirements very well.

The people of Yunnan were unbelievably kind, gracious, and patient. Our guide Grace was our champion, helping us with our shopping, navigating, and just about anything. Grace arranged for us to try out a myriad of tea with Charles and it was fantastic. Charles and Grace made our whole trip a breeze. I can’t wait to do this again next year, highly recommend.
